Disney's Typhoon Lagoon features the largest inland surfing lagoon in Florida. For tots, there’s a lot. For teens, thrills like you’ve never seen. Everyone can hang ten, or take five in this tropical paradise.
Typhoon Lagoon is a great place to visit at any time of year and here’s is some hot advice to help maximize theDisney Water Park experience.
- Rent a locker for personal belongings. Rental fees are:
$5 per day for a small locker $7 per day for a large locker $5 key deposit for both small and large lockers
- Inner tube usage is included with admission.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome; however they’re not available for rent.
- Life vests are provided free of charge; must leave driver's license or credit card as deposit.
- Towels may be rented for $2 a day.
Items that are permitted in a Disney Water Park:
- Guests may bring food baskets.
- Coolers of a size that may be safely carried are permitted.
Please note : the more items and bags you take to a Park, the longer it will take to get through the security checks.
Items not permitted in a Disney Water Park:
- For Guest safety, swim attire with rivets, buckles or exposed metal is not permitted on the water attractions.
- Rafts, surfboards, boogie boards and water toys (beach balls, air mattresses, tubes, kick boards, water noodles, etc.).
- Fins, masks and snorkels.
- Skateboards, scooters, and roller skates/inline skates/roller skate-type sneakers.
- Wagons and bicycles.
- Animals (except for those assisting Guests with disabilities). They are not allowed in the water or on the attractions.
