Once tickets have left us at Attraction Ticket Centers control, we are unable to accept them back into our inventory due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. Refusal is also based on the fact that we cannot return them to our inventory, as we would have no idea if they had been used and as such would not be willing to re-sell these to other guests.
We are certain guests appreciate this policy as we are sure they would not be happy should they be sent returned tickets that did not perform as expected.
With this in mind once the order has been processed, shipped, collected and or delivered, that order is final.
Note: This also applies to Tickets collected via our Self Pick-up service.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and processed that order is final.
However, if the order/tickets are still in our procession then consideration can be given to cancellation of the order as follows :-

If cancellation is to be considered then we must be contacted no less than five working days prior to the arrival delivery or self pick-up. In the case of an order being shipped then cancellation cannot be made once the tickets have left our offices.

If cancellation is requested (in writing only at :- info@attractionticketcenter.com) and conforms to the relevant condition as listed above it will be subject to an 8% cancellation fee for based on the FULL total order value. This is to cover not only admin but also other charges incurred as part of the order placement and finance charges and/or fees

If you wish to cancel your order we advise that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss this or any other matter promptly and professionally.
Please note :- that a final decision will not be possible until we receive written confirmation of your requirements.
