Shipping, Delivery & Selp Pick-up Options

Shipping - Having placed your order you will be directed to our secure Check Out system.  Here in addition to checking your order you will be asked to enter specific information such as home and email address, payment details etc. all of which is held in a very high security section. You will also need to decide how you wish to receive your tickets. We have three main options which are listed below. Self Pick-up service (FREE) - Please note :  You can collect your tickets from the check out counter at the (see map) which is located at 3262 Vinland Road #107. Kissimmee. Fl. 34746. This self pick-up service is available on Monday through Saturday between the following hours :- Mon - Sat :- 10.30am to 7pm. Not available on Sundays. Please note : we ask you to give us a minimum 48 hours notice if requiring this Self Pickup Service so that your order and payment can be processed and your tickets placed at ahead of your arrival time.     Location :- This great self pick-up desk is located just off of the SR 535 in a complex called Polynesian Shops in Kissimmee. It shares this location with a number of other shops including a large Wall-Mart as indicated on the map below.  is a great place to buy everything you might require for a special occasion that may be happening during your stay or on your return.  So have a look around when you pick up your tickets and if as we are sure will be the case, you wish to buy some items, don't forget to take your discount voucher below.     FedEx - We have for many years offered this secure and reliable FedEx service which continually meets with the approval of our clients.  During the check out process you will be asked to choose your preferred method of receiving or collecting your tickets.  If you choose FedEx then, depending on your location and how fast you require the tickets, you will be asked to choose the option that best meets your needs.  Having done this you will also need to provide accurate address information to ensure the tickets get to you in good time.  You also need to remember that this service does not operate or include in the shipping days stated, weekends or special holidays.  You also need to allow 24/48 hours for order processing, charging and packaging and please note that the delivery days do not include weekends and holidays. We must add that in the many years we have been using this service, FedEx have NEVER lost or mislaid an order.  With us they have a 100% positive record. Cots for some of the more popular destinations are:- USA (8-10 days) $25.00 - Canada (8-10 days) $30.00 -  UK (8-10 days) $35.00 - Europe (8-10 days) $38.00  -  Puerto Rico (8-10 days) $30.00. ATC Local Delivery Service* - We offer a local delivery ($12) to the vast majority of holiday rental and hotel locations in and around the Disney area*.  If you opt for local delivery we will need full address including zip code of the villa, condo or Hotel you are staying at. If staying at a hotel then we will also need the name of the person who made the booking.  Failure to provide this may jeopardize our ability to deliver your tickets as hotels cannot take delivery of any package unless the name on the package matches a booking made at that hotel. On receipt of your order, the address will be verified as being within our delivery area. Then is the case of . . . . . Villa/Condo delivery. we will contact you by email to agree a date and time.  Once this is agreed it becomes a contract.  Delivery will be made and if there is no one available to take delivery we reserve the right to charge an additional amount for a second delivery. Hotel delivery.  The tickets will be left at reception normally within a 48 hours prior to your arrival. If on arrival at the hotel, we are unable to make the delivery based on lack of information, we reserve the right to charge a further fee of up to $25 to cover cost incurred in contacting you and obtaining correct information and making a second delivery to the hotel.  This information is to be entered as requested during the checkout procedures. * Local delivery is a 25 mile radius from a center point located at the junction of Vineland Road (SR 535) and West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy (SR 192)
